Insurance Plans | We participate with VSP  , Medicare, and Medicaid. We accept and participate with most major insurance carriers. This includes Independent Health, Univera, Community Blue, Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Western New York, GHI, Guardian, Empire Plan, NAA and Nova. Co-payments are due at the time of service. Please check with your provider for coverage.
